Let it be WELL KNOWN amongst the population exactly what these two did.
Then the guards can attend an announced “All Hands” Meeting on Summer Safety Tips for an hour or two. Problem solved, and I pray the permanent solution takes 30 seconds short of that 2 hour meeting.
