Around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night, a 27-year-old man in New Haven, Connecticut, was suddenly attacked while walking down the street. The attacker, “an adult black man holding a knife,” allegedly said “Happy Halloween” and stabbed the victim in the bicep. As it turns out, that sentiment was premature, as he didn’t live long enough to celebrate Halloween.
The victim’s 24-year-old cousin, who was waiting in his car nearby, overheard the noise and stepped out with his firearm, which he has a valid permit to carry. After he was also stabbed by the attacker (in the elbow), the cousin shot and killed the man.
Although the shooter hasn’t been charged, the investigation is still open.
“This is still unfolding as far as investigators are concerned, but the information we have so far is this is an unprovoked attack,” said Officer David Hartman, New Haven police.

New Haven is a violent awful place. There isn’t a lot of information here, but I would venture this isn’t Civil War #2 type stuff.

Perhaps the black perpetrator was mentally unhinged and the hatred the left preaches every day caused him to commit this attempted murder. I am glad he is dead.
The reason I pointed out the race is the democrat party does its extreme best to cause racial strife and hatred as it is all about votes. These are votes driven by hatred and fear and demagoguery.
I am not a racist and this white boy is married to a rather dark Mexican from Mexico whom is the love of his life. She is actually highly educated in our universities. She came to the USA legally and grabbed the American Dream. Actually here in Texas that does not even count as interracial anymore. Fifty years ago in Texas this was rare. We got over it long ago.
I love my Texas, and its white governor and his Mexican wife. It does not get any better than Texas.
