This is yet another demonstration of how utterly out-of-touch libs are with reality. To "abolish" the Supreme Court would require a constitutional amendment and will NEVER happen. Plus, the Supreme Court is just another court, albeit the highest in the nation. Unless they ban all the other federal courts, those bodies are free to make decisions that would be just as binding.

Judicial activism was a fine thing when it was trending toward liberal insanity, but now that the door has been slammed shut and a return to normalcy is imminent, the whiners have changed their tune.

Democrats have now decided that any institution that doesn’t serve their purpose must destroyed. After the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, the popular liberal publication Vox has now called for the abolition of the Supreme Court entirely.

Not a problem.

All you need to do is write a new Amendment, and that STILL probably wouldn't be enough.
