Staying in the public eye is a necessity for the Clintoons. As grueling as this constant task is as they both age, they HAVE to appear relevant, to be seen as national players with influence.....and to project that they are politically-powerful enough....all to keep the $$$ from rich suckers rolling into their "charitable" foundation.

The foundation is the source of easy-living income in their retirement years....they (plus Chelsea) can enjoy first-class living through salaries, fees, travel anywhere around the globe, lodging and food while on the road, you name it.....as long as they're breathing they can reimburse themselves with expense funds from the foundation.

This is why Obama and Moochelle also have a nice little retirement foundation going for themselves in ChiTown....and why you'll see them forever on the road lecturing, etc. as they interminably open their yaps in never-ending efforts to stay relevant and powerful.....and keep the sucker money coming in to their foundation.

The Judgment Fund Internet Claims System (JFICS) is the application used to process all Judgment Fund claims.

The Judgment Fund is a permanent, indefinite appropriation available to pay judicially and administratively ordered monetary awards against the United States. The Judgment Fund is also available to pay amounts owed under compromise agreements negotiated by the U.S. Department of Justice in settlement of claims arising under actual or imminent litigation, if a judgment on the merits would be payable from the Judgment Fund. Amounts paid vary significantly from year-to-year. Federal agencies are not required to reimburse the Judgment Fund except when cases are filed under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) or the No FEAR Act (Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act).

UT-OH----J.Ansari Zarif, the Iranian deputy for parliamentary and Iranian affairs within Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said he would expose "everyone who allegedly accepted bribes" to facilitate Obama's nuke deal with Iran.
