Hillary Clinton has given up her security clearance in the wake of the scandal over her handling of secret information on her email server, the Senate Judiciary Committee revealed Friday.
Chairman Charles E. Grassley also revealed top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and four others no longer have clearance [snip]The names of the four additional aides besides Ms. Mills were redacted from the State Department letter that the committee released.

The Clintons and the Obamas have always had that arrogant, egotistical ‘I meant to do that’ attitude no matter how disastrous or embarrassing the act. Apparently they believe it saves face but it only makes them look foolish.
Hillary in particular has tried it many times, most notably when the illegal server story broke.
Yahoo, Anthony Weiner’s laptop, (by the way, where is that now?) multiple blackberry’s, home servers managed by outside contractors...

Regarding Alcatraz reenovation, there is a better solution.
There have been some renovations of the prison facilities at the US Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This isolated location is a far better place for political and seditionist criminals.
The location is isolated from pesky jornalists and those posing as journalists who would camp out covering the continuing story.

She didn’t lose anything... Her security clearance expired in August. To send a warning, to make a point of law crystal clear... HRC should have had her access removed and her clearance revoked for cause, at least a year ago. That would have sent a clear message... rather then allowing her clearance to expire and pretend it was some sort of punitive action.
The Next Step, I would think, would be too discontinue her pensions earned while in Congress and as a secretary of state. That would send an even clearer message to anyone sidestepping security protocols for convenience sake, AND in doing so compromising National Security.
Woe to those young military people with security clearances who sidestep or waiver one smidgen, or iota. They get hammered and even imprisoned at times!

This was another gift from Trump. Part of the overall deal to keep her from ever being charged. Who wants to admit HRC was still running for POTUS and still committing crimes while having clearance. This could have been pulled in Jan. 2017. Shows Sessions was involved before the recusal.
I’m guessing former President / Vice President / CIA Director George Herbert Walker Bush still has a security clearance
