How about, her TS clearance expired as per normal rules.

H. Clinton retired as SOS: Feb 1, 2013.

When do security clearances retire/stop when no longer needed?

The Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) on which the clearance is based can be either “current” or “expired.” PSIs are current if they are not more than five years old for a Top Secret clearance, 10 years old for a Secret clearance, or 15 years old for a Confidential clearance.

So Clintoon’s TS clearance expired this year.

After she lost the electorial ellection and Trump became president, there was zero need for her to have any exposure to classified information. She had zero need to know.

Now, she, does not have a clearance for any TS material as well as zero need to know.
