OKAY, so it’s an Anglican Mass
Anglican Priest can convert to Catholic faith and be ordained.
Anglicans follow the order of the Mass.
The ordination of married former protestant clergy began under Pope Pius XII.
He at least did not find the Anglican Mass totally alien.

There is if I am not mistaken, a Anglican Use Rite now called St. Peter’s.
