Funny how Paul Ryan hasn’t done zilch to make the republicans look good in the eyes of the independents. Is prison reform a big issue with independents?

Private ‘for-profit- prisons are a big issue, and a disgusting thing to even have exist. Particularly when the corporations that run them can make contributions to the politicians who have input into what crimes are punished how.
