FULL TITLE: Breaking: Rod Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Thursday’s Congressional Hearing

As we reported earlier today Rod Rosenstein is one of the most conflicted and corrupt officials in US history.

According to multiple reports, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein has given a verbal resignation to Chief of Staff John Kelly following an explosive NYT report he wanted to wear a wire and oust Trump from office. Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC), who previously filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, called for the Deputy Attorney General to appear before Congress under oath this week.

But today Rosenstein notified Congress he will not turn over the subpoenaed memos and will not appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday.

Rep. Jim Jordan ✔ @Jim_Jordan -NYT reports (McCabe memos) Rosenstein discussed recording the President -FBI Chief Counsel Jim Baker: Rosenstein was serious about recording POTUS -McCabe memos subpoenaed by Congress

Rosenstein won’t turn over memos, and he’s a no-show for tomorrow’s scheduled questioning. 3:44 PM - Oct 10, 2018 11.8K 8,550 people are talking about this

Let’s wait until the November elections are over. Expect lots of shit to hit lots of fans.

We’ve been waiting for two years.

For a wall.
For Hillary to be brought to justice.
For the seditious factions of our “justice” system to be brought to justice.
For documents to be made public.

After we “wait” for the election, we’ll be “waiting” until after the holidays. After that, we’ll be “waiting” for something else and then we’ll be “waiting” until after the 2020 election.

I’m kinda getting sick of waiting, as if you couldn’t tell.

Trump said that he and Rosenstein now have a “very good relationship.” Think about that for a moment if you will.

I don’t see how he can say anything remotely close to that after Rosenstein conspired to illegally tape and remove the president from office. Rosenstein does not deserve a single positive word.

Something is seriously wrong here. And where are the FISA docs? Still not a sign of them.

Trump made a big deal about the release. Now he avoids talking about it and just dismisses his earlier order/promise.

Calls to release the FISA docs are growing louder. Just saying.

I hope we get to the bottom of Sessions’ duplicity someday. That said, Trump can easily rid himself of Rosenstein by simply releasing the FISA docs, which he promised to do about a month ago.

I will reserve judgment until a few weeks after the election.

Sessions, Rosenstien, and Mueller will be gone.

Flynn and a few others will be pardoned.

The FISA warrants will be released and the prosecutions will begin.

The only thing that will stop this is if the Deep State has dirt on Trump’s personal life.

OK, fair enough.

But I remain concerned about the FISA documents. Delays in their release is hampering ongoing investigations and not helping others who are working to unravel the scandal. We need this information now. Also, bear in mind that if the Dems succeed in taking control of congress ALL investigations will cease.

Calls to release the FISA docs are growing louder by the day.

... and President Trump totally blew it off during today’s Fox and Friends interview. Talked about how well he got along with “Rod” and all he had to say about him refusing to appear before Congress is “I’m surprised at that.”

Well, gee... THAT advances things... not at all.

... at this point, who would even care? They’ve already played that card.

Rod must be holding some good cards to survive as long as he has. Its obvious that Trump doesn’t want to cross him. Even to the point of reversing his own order to release the FISA docs.

We were supposed to be patient and wait until after Kavanaugh was confirmed. That has come and gone and still no FISA docs.

But equally concerning is the staying power of what has become an independent fourth branch of government that is accountable to no one. They flaunt their power and defy the president with impunity.
