RINO Rand is an ENEMY of the Second Amendment and by doing as you suggest he would give life to a measure he has consistently helped to kill for the time that Trump has been in office: National CCW Reciprocity. Rand will never breathe life into that bill so we have to wait for Jim Jordan to become Speaker. HE favors that proposed legislation.
