Here in coastal Georgia, we are hunkering down in the sailboat and riding it out in the marina.
The media is so over the top on this, hyping and fear monkeying as usual. Is there any storm that is not the biggest ever?
There are a large number of F-35s at Eglin. I wonder if they are being moved.
Help all as you are able!
Just learned that I have 50 F-22’s sitting below me!! Nice plane, am glad they are there. Obama shelved the best, go figure...
Prayers up for all in the path of Michael.
God helps those who help themselves. Evacuate to the West of the storm track as the eastern side will be stronger.
Has there been a Cantore sighting yet????
Creepy.
Pray for 30-A.
Nadine is another one to watch.
Very strong already so far out in the ocean.
My DIL flew to Panama City to visit my Granddaughter on Friday and were both going to fly home on Wednesday evening. On Monday they tried to get earlier flights out but were unsuccessful and then the Army base told most personnel to evacuate on Monday afternoon so they decided to drive.
Five Miles Out
Mike Oldfield
What do you do when your falling,
You've got 30 degrees and you're stalling out?
And it's 24 miles to your beacon;
There's a crack in the sky and the warning's out.
Don't take that dive again!
Push through that band of rain!
Five miles out,
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out.
You're Number 1, anticipating you.
Climbing out.
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out.
You're Number 1, anticipating you.
Mayday! Mayday! Mayday!
Calling all stations!
This is Golf-Mike-Oscar-Victor-Juliet
IMC CU.NIMB...icing,
In great difficulty, over.
The traffic controller is calling,
"Victor-Juliet, your identity.
I have you lost in the violent storm!
Communicate or squawk 'Emergency'!"
Don't take that dive again!
Push through that band of rain!
Lost in static, 18,
And the storm is closing in now.
Automatic, 18!
(Got to push through!) Trapped in living hell!
Your a prisoner of the dark sky,
The propeller blades are still!
And the evil eye of the hurricane's
Coming in now for the kill.
Our hope's with you,
Rider in the blue.
Welcome's waiting, we're anticipating
You'll be celebrating, when you're down and braking.
Climbing out.
(Climbing, climbing)
Five miles out.
(Climbing, climbing)
Five miles out,
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....
(Climbing, climbing)
Five miles out,
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....
(Climbing, climbing)
Climbing out.
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....
(Climbing, climbing)
Five miles out,
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....
(Climbing, climbing)
Climbing out.
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....
(Climbing, climbing)
Climbing out.
Just hold your heading true.
Got to get your finest out....

My daughter has to fly back home from Orlando tomorrow at 6:30 PM, she’s nervous that she’ll get stuck there. Looks to me she should be ok unless it veers more east overnight.
I live in Gulf Shores, as of 10:15 Tuesday night, it is not even raining yet.
Looks like my cousins in the Carolinas are about to get rained out again. But the estimated tracks show it passing south of us here, thank the Lord.
please lord slow this storm down and clear of any heavy population centers .
Yep - prayers up...now a “4”...just multiplied damage and heartaches....
Amen! Prayers for those in the storms path.
