Be wary. I keep doors open, a conference table between me and all females.
I have the advantage of being a married Orthodox Jew, so I already avoid even shaking hands with women to honor my wife, let alone having a hug or something like that.
I’m just a guy who goes to a protestant church and I avoid handshakes and hugs from other women just because so many are nuts these days. I was never the touchy feely type anyway.
My office door stays open when anyone else drops in.
