New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker said on Sunday the possibility of impeaching Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh shouldn’t be off the table if Democrats take one of the houses of Congress in next month’s midterm elections. Kavanaugh was confirmed on Saturday by a narrow vote following a contentious process that included multiple sexual assault allegations.
Other Democrats have raised the possibility of impeaching Kavanaugh over allegations that he committed perjury in his hearing at the Senate Judiciary Committee, on which Booker sits.

First of all Cory Booker is going nowhere fast. Second, Mr. Booker is no positive asset to the Democrat Party. Just as Barack Hussein Obama has no positive legacy whatsoever......this fool will be a 100% repeat of the miserably, failed, Obama and Hillary Clinton...too. Case Closed!!!

If Justice Kavanaugh were as the demwits and the media described him we should see him reverse Roe V Wade, end medicare to kill grandma, pass new laws to force us to drink polluted water and make assault rifles mandatory in every home, all in his first week on the bench. Oh, one more thing, he would pass a law to remove taxes on beer.

All the while knowing that even impeachment will not get them near removal of Kavanaugh.

If the dems take ‘One of the house’ and it is the Senate, no way could they put impeachment on the table.
Just my thoughts if the dems take the house. They’ll impeach Kavanaugh, but the senate will fail to convict. However, the dems will then view any 5-4 decision coming out of the Supreme Court as illegitimate, as one of the sitting justices has been impeached, and will ignore any 5-4 rulings they don’t agree with. They will also use the impeachment to call for Kavanaugh to resign in order to restore legitimacy to the Supreme Court. Just my 2 cents.
