She said something I didn’t know either: that he apparently values “precedent” very highly. And even supported the case 19 years ago that challenged Roe (supported the SC decision not to overturn Roe).

So he’s probably not as much of a threat to Roe the activists opposing him were saying. So all this drama was for nothing really.

A bit disappointing but ultimately, I think what’s the best strategy for ending abortion these days is to do as what Missouri is doing, making it as difficult as possible to “license” these “care clinics” (baby killing factories).

So Roe May remain the “law of the land” forever but it will be so difficult to comply with all the various licensing requirements it’s practically impossible to run a baby killler in a state.

Missouri has only one clinic in the whole state now.

Even with Kavanaugh there are not five votes to overturn Roe. The issue was always a red herring pushed by the Dems.

Wow. Missouri has only ONE abortion clinic in the entire state?? No Planned Parenthood clinics all over the place (like I see here in the northeast)?

That is fantastic if so. I think Texas is also putting a lot of restrictions on the baby killing factories, but I can't verify that.
