I keep hearing Kavanaugh being lectured to on fairness and impartial from people who themselves are biased and partial to a fault.
None of the Democrat senators sitting in judgment of him would be allowed to serve on a jury on which the qualities of keeping an open mind and impartiality are of critical importance.
His opponents in the Senate made up thieir minds in advance and never gave him a fair hearing. This entire confirmation process has been a wretched travesty.
None of these people who lord their hypocritical sanctimoniousness over this fine human being are fit to shine his shoes much less than to tell him he is unfit to serve on the Supreme Court.
And the more the left continues its wretched protesting behavior, the more apparent that becomes to the 'normals' of whatever party.
Andrew McCarthy has a good article in NR on just this...the Dems have “criminalized politics” and in doing so have nearly destroyed our legal institutions, such as presumption of innocence, etc. because political conflicts were never meant to be treated as crimeinal matters. Now it has apparently become criminal to disagree with a Democrat.
