This was a political battle, which is appears Kavanaugh will win. Actions are taken by either side, for political benefit.
So ask yourself - what is the political benefit to Trump, the GOP or Conservatives of Kavanaugh suing his accusers - no matter how deserved it is?

if mcclean wanted leland to change her testimony, why didsn’t she just say she was at the party in the first place...must be a reason for that..did they think lelands illness would prevent her from telling the truth? ford sure made it appear leland had mental problems..she not only threw her under the bus but backed up a few times..
Just become the most extreme conservative Supreme Court Justice ever. Make the liberals cry and wail. Make them hurt forever. And mention to historians that they drove you to being an extreme conservative, and that if they had not worked so hard to destroy your reputation the outcome might have more lenient decisions. Give liberals butthurt!
I agree he should sue if not for himself but for our system of checks and balances as well to uphold the rule of law. Consequences for this evil from the liberals has been sorely lacking.
