I don’t think a US Senator likes to be toyed with and made a fool.
Chuck Schumer doesn’t see himself as a fool. Neither do most Senators. How they view themselves and how you view them, are two different things and most of them don’t really care what FReepers think of them.
However this deal with Grassley is interesting. He bent over backwards to play nice to try and get the three RINO senators on aboard and the dems made a mockery of the hearings. We shall see if he does anything.
