For the rest, be sure to give complete answers when the FBI asks you questions about your handling of citizen Ford’s paperwork and requests.
How long can it take to read a report that says “nothing here.”
But by declaring that she didn't read it, she can make claims about the report and then, if caught in an error (read "lie"), refer back to the fact that she didn't read the report because it looked "incomplete."

Graham seem to have grown stones, but his ironic humor is slower in developing. The “throw him in to see if he floats” line shows promise, though.
