Top defense atty on Fox said BK has grounds for defamation lawsuit and should keep it on the table regardless if Scotus.It's an extremely bad precedent if the left can impede any Republican appointment by finding someone to accuse him/her of something/ somewhere/at some time.
If 1.6% of people have Borderline Personality Disorder (F:M ratio 3:1) that's a huge supply of potential accusers. As a political strategy this needs to be nipped in the bud.
