I hate to see him voted down, but I love the idea of resubmitting him, and let the people vote for him by voting for the Senators up for election in their state.

I believe Kavanaugh and his family are tired of being political pawns.

Time to vote so they can have some peace.

No, it may sound good but if he’s voted down he’s toast. We can have it both ways. Vote him in and make red state rats pay for their no votes and don’t let them get away with holding out until they know it’s a done deal then voting yes. That said it will come down to the rino sisters who both want to vote no but they also know only one of them has to because Flake is almost a certain no.
So they may figure out which one is hurt the least by a no vote and kill the nomination. I think this is a highly likely outcome IMHO.

Mitch doesn’t have the votes. That’s why Senator Graham is saying renominate him for the next Congress. Flake and the two sisters are “NO” along with all the democrats. Mitch just wants a record of all the no votes for the midterms.
