The president told the crowd that they should do an online search for “Patrick Leahy dash drink.”

Used to drink a lot in HS, college. Been married for near 40 years and have rarely drank since I got married. You grow up and put aside childish things. I don’t miss it. Neither do I turn down a single beer or a glass of wine.…Just one…at a celebration.

I am so thrilled about this thread!!! For a month I have been thinking we need to start gathering videos of the Dems being Dems and doing the Dem things they want to hide from the light of day. I am not in the DC area or I would have started already. Don’t accost or hinder them as they do to us, just start creating a visual library that we can share. Also, we need a tipline for people to make credible reports about Dems doing illegal and immoral things. Let’s make sure we have more facts and info about the Dems than the Clintons got about us when they misplaced FBI files around the house, and misplaced government records in Sid’s pants.
My Father was an Alcoholic for 60 Years. He took a reprieve from Drinking for a couple of Years when he was in the Navy fighting the Japanese in WWII.
He finally gave it up cold turkey after my Mother Passed Away and he fell on his face one too many times.
I have an older Brother. Both he and I may have a Beer or even go out on a limb and have a Margarita once in a Blue Moon. That’s it.
I remember going to AA Meetings with my Father when he would celebrate his “birthday”. He was Sober for 12 Years before he died. At those meetings, people would get up and talk about how their Parents were Alcoholics. They aren’t supposed to use that as an Excuse, but they do.
I never understood the logic. I saw how destructive Alcoholism was my entire Life. Why would I want to emulate that?
As far as POTUS Trump goes, his older Brother died from Alcoholism. How the Media can question his choice not to drink just shows that they have absolutely no scruples.
