As the Senate awaits the results of the FBI investigation into the Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Jeff Flake, one of the lawmakers who spurred the inquiry, criticized the judge Tuesday for his recent appearance in the upper chamber.
Speaking with Jeffrey Rosen, the president of the National Constitution Center, and Democratic Senator Chris Coons at The Atlantic Festival on Tuesday morning, Flake called the judges interactions with lawmakers sharp and partisan.
We cant have that on the Court, said the Arizona senator, who didnt elaborate on which interactions he was referring to.

I think he is just flaky. Whose not to say he wasn’t advised/coached by McCain and Grant Woods who was AZ’s Atty General at one time.
Flake is throwing a temper tantrum and making others feel miserable. He doesn’t care about the truth only that he looks good in the eyes of women.
He makes me want to puke.
Flake is holding out for more and more SorozNazi type money
there used to be ways people had to solve problems like Flake
Never has there been a senator with a more appropriate surname.
Agreed.
This is just fake hand-wringing and artificial due diligence. He wants to appear as though he is thorough and fair, but the entire premise is illegitimate and deceitful.
Flake's performance is worse than sophomoric. He must think that we are completely stupid.
.
Flake is evil, demented, full of hate, ignorant, anti- American and a disgrace to decency.
CALM DOWN PEOPLE
I think this is the interview we already read over the weekend.
WE SHALL SEE!!!!
Flakester groping for ways to justify reneging on his statement that he would vote to approve.
Democrats got to him with something - big money, evidence of criminal activity, promises of big rewards down the road.
Only Flake and the people who co-opted his vote know.
Attorney General Kavanaugh has a nice ring to it.
I think what we witnessed with Flake is his departure from the Republican party and his welcome to the Democrat party. He did all of this for his new fellow democrats - I suspect he’ll be running as a dem for something very soon. He knew he was finished as a Republican.
When you finally get it Flake... I hope it burns.
If not, how do you explain his second trip to New Hampshire a couple of days ago and his previous suggestion he's running for President? Maybe he's just interested in making trouble for Trump?
Flake was ALWAYS a NO vote..its his final F YOU to President Trump before he leaves office..he was NEVER going to vote YES..so now Flaky Flake Flake says that Kavanaugh is “Too partisan” gee, I wonder what would make Kavanaugh think that the Democrats are out to get him..gee I don’t know, its a tough one/sarc..forget Flake, just get Manchin on board and let Pence be the deciding vote
Y'know, because Democrats aren't partisan, only Republicans are.
And Schumer has just said that Kavanaugh’s behavior before the Senate makes him unfit to be on the Supreme Court. Things are being said that cannot be taken back. When do the flash mobs start harassing Schumer? The viciousness and violence of the Left is everywhere. Attacks must be answered in kind. This total war must be put down.
Democrats poison the well and flakey thinks it is disrespectful to spit it out publicly...
The TV news doesn’t cover the fact that Fraud’s 4 witnesses will not back her account of what happened.
When people are informed of this fact Kavanaugh’s public approval for the court goes up by plus 20 percent to 57 percent desire to see him get chosen for the Supreme Court.
There must be a “truth in reporting” standard for FCC licenses. Fake News is anti American. Railroading people is anti American.
We need new libel laws and new laws to prevent false police accusations
McTurd’s mini me strikes again
Cui Bono?
Who is he planning on working for? That will lead to who is or has promised to pay him.
I don’t believe Never Trump is enough of a principle.
Is flake’s name on the list of congress critters who’s sex charges were paid off with a $17,000,000 taxpayer financed slush fund?
