This is exactly right! As a woman I will say.. you do not EVER leave your friend in a place where some drunk guy had tried to rape you. You would grab her on the way out and take her with you! Even if you were upset and traumatized, the minute you are out of the house you will try to figure out how to rescue her.
Yup, even IF she had run out by herself, she would have somehow gotten someone to go back and retrieve her friend.
and this whole gang rape story makes no sense at all. This woman claims she went to 10 of these parties, never told anyone and eventually got raped herself.
