Well, that tiny shard of hope was good while it lasted. In the days following the request for an FBI probe, its become increasingly clear that the investigation will be...doomed from the beginning...Trump defaults to gaslighting, insisting the FBI has free rein in its probe. But, all signs now point to the FBI investigation as hardly an investigation at all...Now, at the White Houses urging, the probe has become a farce and a sham, destined and doomed from the beginning to prove as pointless as a squirmy, sneering Kavanaugh, in his hearing last week, insisted that it would be. Which begs the question: Ultimately, will this hard-won investigation make any difference in Republicans hell-bent mission to confirm Kavanaugh at all costs? Regrettably, all signs point to no.
“We have always been at war with Eastasia”.
What the hell is there to investigate? I would love to know how the FBI managed to get one day of billable hours for their investigators out of Ford’s vague unsubstantiated recollections and all the other bogus accusers.
Why this is almost as difficult of a topic to pin down as that silliness about Hillary Clinton’s unsecured server and blatant violation of security protocols!
He threw ice on somebody once.
So, we give in to the liberals and give them their FBI investigation.
The liberals had said that since the Anita Hill investigation took only three days, that this one should wrap up quickly.
Now that we have given them the investigation, now the liberal view is that this investigation is not going to be done properly, so they will bitch about that.
But they said it would only take three days and they have a week. So what’s the problem?
The Democrats need to set the controls for the heart of the sun.
Fashionistas are going to get wrinkles if they pout too much
The fib cleared Hillary Clinton before they even interviewed her
the writer, Michelle Ruiz, is just another anti-Trumper.

Be careful with that axe, Eugene...
How many times can they all repeat the same lies? Trump clearly has directed the FBI to do as the Senate asked and has not restricted them in that effort. Would be good for the Senator Republican leadership to spell out this successful cooperation instead of letting these folks lie about it.
Coming from the magazine whose Teen Vogue had an article telling teenage girls the joys of anal sex.
Thanks familyop. Another Partisan Media Shill unfit for real journalism continues her sexist smears.
It will only make a difference if the FBI finds some smoking gun that disqualifies Brett on the basis of some overwhelming criminal activity. Of course that assumes that Republicans in the Senate have balls. But after hearing Mitch’s goalpost moving speech today, I think they may be growing some.
You’re most welcome. And by the way, they keep calling it an
“artificial” deadline. It’s not artificial. The deadline is very real! ;-D
Vogue is giving out political advice now? I thought their job was to talk about orgasms and which handbag makes one best look like a conniving diva?
Why don’t they investigate this instead of hiding it from everywhere

Yeah. They’re telling their old girls to give up! It’s over! Judge Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
Over here, we're about to find out what happens when the facts don't support the investigation.
