I thought it interesting at the time....when asked if she had mentioned this "case" to her parents she said no...But it was the manner in the way she said no.

At the time...I knew nothing about her parents............

And I read her father's single statement....( As far as I know...)...and it was nice..and bland.

This may be because if the memories were revealed through hypnosis they would be “absolutely inadmissible” in the court of law in many states, including New York and Maryland...this incident would have never gotten into court anywhere - even if it had, information such as this article would have been presented by the defense to blow the prosecutor's case out of the water....

I think you are right.

She doesn't need to be hypnotized.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that she is an expert on the subject of hypnosis.

Given her background, she knows how to play her audience (the Committee and the TV audience). She knows exactly how to elicit the desired result (which is sympathy for herself).

I want to know how she got published as a psychologist when I thought it has been established that she is not a licensed psychologist in California?

I’m guessing Gateway Pundit had to dig through dusty stacks in a university library to come up with that, because Google has absolutely scrubbed this woman’s entire life from the internet.

This is an overlooked issue in all this. If Google can be used to scrub the life of a dirty person so she looks clean, it isn't a stretch to suggest they can dirty up a clean man's life by inserting materials into searches that they make up on the spot. When you look at stuff at places like the Wayback Machine internet archive, old sites always look like crap. No one would think to check to see if the original files had been edited.

The odd thing is that NO ONE has come forward to say they knew this woman before she came out of obscurity. Not any students. Not her family. No one. She supposedly went to marches and stuff. Surely she would show up even in passing on someone else's video???

How do you explain the artificial little girl voice and little girl body language. She came off like a 10 year old girl talking to her mother or her father. She did not have the appearance of a 52 year old college professor testifying in an important proceeding before the U.S. Senate.

It was only the Kavanaugh part she had memorized. When asked simple questions about her fear of flying and the details of 1982 she was like a child, oblivious to the questions and the details.

As recently as 2008, a few states had sexual assault and rape listed as capital crimes - especially if the victim was under 18. I’m all for it.

Knowingly making a false accusation regarding a capital crime should carry the death penalty as well

She is a ghost. I maintain that we can’t say she is credible without a baseline of how she normally moves, sounds, acts. There is nothing to compare her storytelling to because there is no other video or audio of her outside of that testimony. Does she always sound like an scared 10 year old? We do not know.
