I think it will happen if he can get cloture. If Kavanaugh is rejected there is time to push through the next nominee before January. I still think we keep the senate though.
We are going to pick up seats in the Senate.
Take the vote, even if he hasn’t got the votes. Get this over with. Make each of them say Yes or No. No more flaking around. We want those Dems who are up for reelection to show their true colors before the election - then the people of their state can decide if they want such slime to represent them. and the same for the Pubs.
Cloture is no longer an issue because Reid got rid of the filibuster. Soon-to be Justice K is IN!!!!!!
