“I understand how you feel, but attempted murder it wasnt.”
It is hard to say if it was intentional attempted murder but it is close to it. Going light on it is condoning it. 10-20 seems reasonable.

With his pistol grip ears and his ball hanging chin, he will be a very busy boy in prison.

Exactly my point, the cleaner was peroxide based, peroxide is used as an emetic in animals and was once used as an emetic for people. I am basing my statement on the fact that the officer didn't taste the solution so it was not a lethal level.
That being said, the excrement that did this should be prosecuted and sentenced for the highest level crime possible..................it just isn't attempted murder.

I agree he should be charged with the highest level offense possible, but this simply will not stand up as attempted murder and a jury would likely never convict on that.

I doubt he ever gave a thought to trying to kill the officer, back in the olden days when I ran Mickey D's we trained all employees on the use and effects and health risks of all chemicals used in the restaurant.
I bet the little maggot really thought he was being clever giving the cop the runs.
He needs to be prosecuted and severely sentenced, sadly in jail he will be a celebrity for this cowardly and sick assault.

Awesome argument, a fantasy based reply always trumps a reality based statement.
