I don't see a way out of all this--meaning the overall state of affairs---except for a democratic massacre in November.

I think it's coming. A resounding, devastating, smashing rejection of dem tactics will send the message; no partisan obstruction or you're out.... and powerless, btw, until you cut the crap. They won't have the courts to rely upon for very much longer.

The latest meme put forth by George Stephanapoulous at This Weak is recusal by Kav for all cases involving democrats. That's rather open ended, isn't it.
