Clear separation of powers issue and this is a Constitutional obligation of the Senate. a judge has no jurisdiction here and should actually be impeached if she interferes.

Give the coercive power of judges, it might actually rise to the level of sedition, eh?

They're in rebellion against the Constitution, and are absolutely committing seditious activities against the government.

Problem is, there's maybe 5 congresscritters with the balls to start articles of impeachment against these seditious, traitorous judges.
