LOL!

I don’t think a judge can tell The Senate what it can or can’t do....

but of course who knows...if this judge approves it may end up on the 9th circus

and go to the Supreme Court....a 4-4 tie would mean the 9th circus will be the rule

Completely, absolutely not possible. These politicians say things like that to gain attention by stirring up controversy. It also is virtue signaling by the twerp.
The Senate would quickly remove the judge from his seat if he dared try it.

I think the SCOTUS would slap this down, I don't know though, but we are running out of time. less than 40 days till the midterms.

Perhaps. But in the case of a 4-4 SCOTUS that's unable to decide any major political issues, the Congress still has a nuclear option they can wield over any lower court that tries to bully Congress by forcing them to do something they don't want to do.

The US Constitution (see especially Article III, Section 1) establishes ONLY the Supreme Court. All other courts below SCOTUS were/are established by Congress, who could, if they wanted, do something that would directly or indirectly take power away from a leftist judge or leftist court by using their Constitutional right to reconfigure the makeup of a court. I believe Congress also has the power to tell the courts which issues they have jurisdiction over.

The only hindrance would be the Dems' ability to filibuster (which Mitch could do away with by declaring this new uncharted territory as something ruled by a 50% + 1 vote), or whether the RINO Senators would sabotage it.

Trump and congress can ignore any, “judge”, as this is separation of powers. It would be interesting to see the SC if senate ignored the 4, and confirmed Kavanaugh
