@senjudiciary today referred potential false statements alleging misconduct by Judge Kavanaugh to federal law enforcement for criminal investigation after accuser recanted.
Could also be this one if she contacted the senate committee.
“Take the recollections of Cristina King Miranda, who attended high school with Ford and posted on Facebook on Wednesday that “this incident (Ford’s account) did happen.” Miranda has now walked back her statement, telling NPR’s Nina Totenberg, “That it happened or not, I have no idea.”

Creepy Porn Lawyer refused all of Grassley’s requests to appear but he did send the committee a list of accusations that read like a bad porn movie script, and demanded Kavanaugh be asked about them ‘immediately,’ and may have chatted up some members. Certain pervert committee members salivated over the accusations during the hearing. So, I’m going to be optimistic and guess door #3, rape-party girl and her Creepy Lawyer.
Since Whitehouse is mentioned this most likely has to do with Trump hating idiot(Who tweeted about how Trump is a murderer) made up some phony baloney BS about Kavanaugh raping a woman on a boat in 1985

If the truth be known, I suspect the Ford accusation is a fabrication and subject to prosecution as those described in this article.
This takes care of the creepy R.I liar who obviously submitted a sworn statement. It also scares off potential false accusers.
Interesting how they handle the writer of the anonymous letter claiming her daughter was assaulted by drunken Judge K at a party in 1998. It wasn’t so anonymous because investigators phoned the woman in question, District Judge Dabney Friedrich, ex-girlfriend of Judge K in 1998, who has denied everything. She is still friends with Judge K, according to the Wash Times article. If the mother gave sworn testimony afterwards, will they charge the mother for lying as well??

Conspiracy to intimidate a federal witness and materially interfer in a Federal investigation? Conspiracy to usurp a sitting federal judge? They need to come up with something to hit Whitehouse with - calling the press before calling the FBI can’t be tolerated.
If Ford’s attys are stonewalling FBI interview of their client, perhaps a reminder of the Federal Statute regarding obstruction of an active investigation is in order.

If i went to the police today about a crime that took place yesterday and the four witnesses I named all said it never happened... I’d be arrested.
