Lying to the FBI is a crime.
Ford may choose not to be interviewed.

Dr. Ford is obviously not very bright since the entire country - those that watch the news, anyway - knew the Judiciary committee was making this offer.

Will Ford’s attorneys be present for the FBI interview? I would think not but don’t know.

The lying bitch was roughly 80 miles from DC, when stating she was in “Californika”, there in you have a lie. She has been coached Very WELL.

Does not our Constitution call for HER TO PROVIDE THE BURDEN OF PROOF and NOT Kavanaugh? This entire process goes against the very laws those A holes have swore to uphold when they took their oath of office. Guess that oath only applies to Republicans.

Not sure if the FBI folks are good folks or not

Think positive. The maniacs can't tie AG Sessions up in "Russia, Russia, Russia" BS all week.

Sure is a good thing President Trump hasn't been publicly humiliating AG Sessions for the past year or so. (sarcasm tag, for the really clueless)

In spite of that, as I have throughout his ordeal, I stand by AG Sessions. I have totally confidence he won't be vengeful.

Yep, the lawyers touted that they were doing it without being paid while in fact they received payment-in-kind from the notoriety from being on one of the widest seen tv broadcast is recent years. Any company would have to pay untold millions for the exposure these lawyers received. There was no way they were going to let that opportunity slip away by a private hearing. I have no doubt that was their reason and I don’t think they have anyones best interest in mind but their own. I am sure they are looking for any opportunity to extend their free advertising and will use every opportunity get more air time.

Jeff Flake was just laughing it up onstage with Chris Coons at the “Global Citizen” Festival. Being wined and dined by Dems.

I think he’s off the reservation. We probably need Manchin now.

Ford lied under oath about not knowing about Grassley’s offer to conduct the interview anywhere she wanted. He sent the offer both by official letter and via staff phone calls, as well as sending the offers out via twitter. The offers were widely covered in the media. There is zero chance Ford did not know about his flexibility. ZERO.

Perhaps the FBI can regain a smidgeon of its former respect by actually doing a competent job on this.
We’ll see.

It’s not worth the paper it’s written on unless ethics charges are filed against Feinstein

They are ethically bound to advise her, so they probably did. That means that it is her that is lying about not being told.

If Kavanaugh survives the investigation, the Left will say Russia colluded with the FBI.

“Congressmen can’t prosecute anyone for anything.
Congress even gave up their ability to punish people found in contempt of Congress. It all belongs to the DOJ.”

I did phrase that incorrectly - the members of the Judicatory Committee have the ability to notify the DOJ that a crime has been committed. We all do, pretty much. But a Senate Committee reporting a crime would likely carry a bit more weight than you or I doing it.

DemonicRat operatives, which includes Ford and these lawyers are completely immune from any punishment for any and all misdeeds of any kind unless they ever leave the plantation.
