It is one of the preamble ‘disclaimers’ all public figures and media has to say before they speak on the subject. Hopefully, these disclaimers will go the way of the dodo bird along with killing ALL PC sheep controlling language.

She never alleged rape (no limitations) but assault. Montgomery County police they will NOT investigate Ford’s allegation because the statutes on assault is one year.
