A Los Angeles Times reporter located Gaudette’s home from when he was in high school and was allowed inside. Its current owner said the Gaudette family lived in the two-story, single-family house in Rockville, Md., in the early 1980s... Ford...testified, she was pushed into a bedroom across the hall...She said she ran out of the room and into the bathroom across the hall.
A master bedroom sits at the top of stairs of Gaudette’s old home. It has an en suite bathroom, but none directly across from it. A bedroom down the hall is across from a bathroom.

Good point about the scrubbing of the social media. I am not sure that that falls under the purview of a background check.
I would also point out that it is more than just social media that was removed—it is her entire digital footprint.
CBF reportedly has written over 60 peer reviews articles, has worked for Standford in a research capacity, and teaches at Palo Alto University.
Yet you can’t find a single reference to her on any website other than those of news outlets. That is very strange.
Likely, smears are being prepared for everyone under consideration for nomination — just not all the same kind of smears.
Well, now there are a least a dozen new witness interviews to add to Brett’s file (all the homeowners in that neighborhood). And the Dems and “Flakes” will demand — and be granted — several weeks of senate committee hearings to do “follow-up” interviews on each of the new witnesses.
That’s six months right there by our calendar; but by Congress, that pushes it well into 2019. Of course, there will be delays (almost two weeks for Grassly to arrange this last witness).
Suddenly, we get really close to January 1, 2020. Oops, now the Biden Rule get invoked — no Supreme Court confirmations in an election year!
And that is the best calculation. If every new witness, and subsequent corollary witness, requires several weeks of preparation to appear, we’re easily into 2020.

Kavanaugh is toast. The feds will ask for more time to do their investigation (look how long it takes Mueller to find no collusion or obstruction). When the feds complete their investigation which will still have questions, it will be filled with new questions and the senate will debate it, allowing the RATS to delay, delay. The pubbies have no spine. Collins< Murkowski and Flake are the most useless and the good people of Maine, Alaska and Arizona ought to be ashamed for voting for such empty suits. Let the vote take place in a week and put them on record.

That's what I was hoping until I read the thread here this morning about the FBI. It sounds like their entire mission will be proving her correct or making up a story to fit hers.
A good investigation, will be the validity of the charge. The feds should investigate her drinking habits, the yearbook indicates out of control girls, partying, drinking,male strippers, passing out etc. Investigate her connections with the RATS, social media etc.
Her story is so lacking in details, and she can always claim vagueness in her memory. She will never be caught lying.

Ya THINK? It’s the agency of McCabe, Rosenstein, Strzok, Page, et al. All but one are gone now, but there’s a 99% probability that the FBI is jam-packed full of Trump haters. They’ll sabotage his presidency, including SCOTUS, “by any means necessary”. This will not end well for Kavanaugh, Trump, or us.

I don’t believe it’s the same house.
Let them. No doubt Timmy will say he doesn’t remember Ford being there and that she was never in the house. The July 1 gathering will just provide more witnesses for Kavanaugh and additional testimonies to his character and that he never attacked women.
