The entire call for the “FBI investigation” was purely political rhetoric so this is good for Senator Cassidy to start a narrative damaging to the Democrats. Others should pick it up and run with it.
He’s not going to be confirmed this week, but I’d be happy as a clam if this could be turned around on the Dems and all their evil conspiracy and corruption revealed. But that will never happen. They’re Dems, after all, which means never having to say you’re sorry.
