I went to public school so I can’t read it.

To be honest I hold a juris doctorate and I sometimes make some of the same errors. I graduated when they still taught grammar. Ford graduated during a time when universities were teaching Ebonics.

Here’s a link to some of her crap:

If Dershowitz was interviewing her, he would have read all of them and brought them up in court.

She’s a “ringer”.

I work with and communicate with people who are highly intelligent, with degrees, and they cannot write their way out of a wet paper bag.

She clearly was peppering her testimony with fancy shmancy words and phrases like “episodic” or “indelible in my hippocampus” in an attempt to appear to be very intelligent. I wasn’t buying that for a second, and her whiny uptalk was a dead giveaway that she was a person of average intelligence who’s only hope for a PhD would be to get one from a much less demanding major, only slightly more difficult than gender studies.

Thank you!

I’m not normally a nitpicker but when someone decides to get their Grammar Nazi on I tend to hold them to a very high standard!

And my Ph.D. from Freeper University means I’m eminently qualified to do that!

In the article, there is reference to a paper that she supposedly wrote that was found in a science magazine. Perhaps there is another reason why this other document looks so much better.... maybe she didn’t write that one. Perhaps she is so incompetent as a writer that she just provided basic and rough information to someone else and they turned it into a decent document....

One thing for sure, it doesn’t take a genius to see that the two documents were not written by the same person. I did not watch her giving testimony yesterday. Did Mitchell ask her questions about this?

The “expert” grammar Nazis deserved to be exposed for their error. One of the supposed 14 “glaring errors,” a non-capitalised letter ‘I” in the middle of a sentence, was a simple typo.

I believe that 1980's was the accepted form until sometime in the 1960s, when the form without the apostrophe started to become more common.

In other words...a USC or Pepperdine graduate.

They give out doctorates for baking cookies, for Pete's sake.

Yes, I have read that many enter the field so as to be able to psychoanalyze themselves.

But really, I would carefully make sure such an important letter was carefully checked for error and re written as neccessary.

That what my son is doing. LOL. I can’t understand a word of his master’s thesis, let alone look at his grammer!

They are for imminent and eminent.

1# she was in the “Mid-Atlantic on August the 7th
2# she was at her Grandmother’s funeral in Maryland on the 7th of August
3# she took her polygraph on August the 7th
4# she claimed to be in California and would need to drive to Washington D.C., when in reality she was in Maryland

She is a Pathological LIAR

Not just has anyone pulled and reviewed her PhD thesis, has anyone verified that she was really awarded a valid PhD?

A more skilled writer would have written something closer to, “Both were 1-2 years older than myself and other students at a local private school.”

This is not correct, though it has become sort of a fad to use "myself" instead of "me". To use "myself" the sentence should also include the word "I", e.g., "I went to the store by myself".

This is a PhD in abnormal psychology. Most people I have met with this specialty as screwed up. They got this degree to unscrew themselves. It doesn’t work.

It's true. And most people in the field will tell you that themselves.
