Sounds like the Dems trying to bribe another delay... But at this point what for? They know they aren’t stopping the confirmation, so it must be they don’t want him on the court for the start of Term... which means this is about a case or case that is on the early docket this term...
Because if Kavanaugh isn’t seated when the term starts he won’t vote on the cases heard before he is seated...
So... WHAT IS ON THE COURTS DOCKET THIS TERM???

I heard Grassley say 11-9. Harris’ chair was empty when the camera panned around, & I didn’t hear her name called. She did NOT vote, IMO.
