There was a subtle fact to be learned from Christine Blasey Ford's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday. No, not merely that she lied about being afraid to fly on airplanes so she could delay the hearing as long as possible.
I'm referring to the mysterious incident in the bathroom. Press reports indicated that she claimed that Brett Kavanaugh "corralled" her into an upstairs bedroom. Now we have more detail: that Ms. Ford went to an upstairs bathroom, and when she came out, Kavanaugh dragged her into a bedroom.
My question is, why did Ms. Ford use an upstairs bathroom? Nearly all suburban homes near country clubs in America have bathrooms on the ground floor. Perhaps it was occupied, but Ms. Ford, who clearly remembers going to the bathroom, didn't even mention its existence.
If there had been a bathroom on the ground floor, as seems likely, and Ms. Ford could have used it, then there was no reason for her to use a bathroom upstairs. The only reason for Ms. Ford to go upstairs would be to go to a bedroom, with someone at this party.
This is what I believe is most likely to have occurred.

And THAT is the most likely explanation.
Everyone needs to remember she’s an activist and an abortionist. She’s defending the Sacrament of the Left: on demand abortion, which is now threatened by Brett Kavanaugh.
Ford claimed that four people besides her were at the party. That number seems to change by the day, but let’s go with her original claim.
Those four people were
1) Brett Kavanaugh and
2) His friend Mark Judge, who she says were both in the room along with
3) PJ Smyth and her friend
4) Leland Ingham Keyser.
Here’s the problem -— All of them have denied her story under the penalty of felony perjury, which begs an obvious question: whose house was the mystery party at?
Are they all supposed to have been partying at someone else’s house while they were gone? It makes no sense.
It’s even more damning that her decades old friend Leland Ingham Keyser says she has never even met Brett Kavanaugh. How do you square that circle?
Keyser has never met Kavanaugh at all, but she was at the party where Kavanaugh did this? Also, her best friend saw her run out of the party but said nothing? She didn’t ask her about it the next day? This single issue in and of itself completely destroys the credibility of Ford’s accusation.
I’m just curious — is Keyser now still Ford’s friend?
Now the author has the rest of us believing that the house existed and some type of event occurred. Why should we go there? Such speculation just reinforces a fable that was refuted by the very people who were named by Ford.

I believe Katz was working for Fineswine, not Ford. I believe Katz knew all along the whole story was a scam and was using Ford for the good good of the party. This whole affair needs a criminal investigation. Perhaps Katz needs to be disbarred.
Debunking her story makes it sound like she was supposed to rip her story to pieces.. I’m talking about pointing out parts of her story that don’t make sense...Also she should have done her research. It didn’t take very long for a lot of people to look at the building permits and see her remodeling was done in 2008.
She was under strict orders to not look like she was bullying her, just ask to clarify a few things, maybe point out she did travel a lot by plane but don’t push her about lying about driving in from CA.
Maybe I’m being too hard on her, maybe she doing all she was allowed to do. In her day to day activity as a prosecutor she would have never been this light in the face of clear contradictions & questions that make sense.
I'm guessing you've never remodeled a hose with your spouse. I'd wager it's Reason #2 right behind infidelity. Fortunately our architect was an excellent mediator and therapist in addition to knowing how to design our project. And our project was small...a total kitchen remodel with some serious cosmetic upgrades to the adjoining dining room and living room. You sure learn a lot about your spouse and how to compromise.

Has Dr. Ford been asked if the lights were on in the upstairs bedroom? If she is 100% certain of the identity of her assailant, I’d be doubtful of her ability to identify him.
The other problem I had after listening to her testimony was wondering why—assuming that the alleged assault was SO traumatic that it caused a an over 30 year “suppressed memory”—she had NO memory suppression when, a few weeks after the “assault”, she went with her Mom to the grocery store and ran into Mark Judge working in the shopping cart and thought he “acted guilty”.
Exactly. But ComDems are trying to make a simple accusations into a guilty verdict for any charges brought.
No defense allowed. Of course it is insane. ComDem Insanity is what drives the Donkey Party.

Exactly. When trying to figure out what’s going on in any situation with ‘rats, always assume the worst possible motives are involved until proven otherwise. Nobody on the ‘rats side gives a crap about Ford or “her truth.” This was all about protecting the process of Borking/Thomasing Kavanaugh to keep him off the court.

Ford confirmed that in her testimony. When Mitchell asked her who was paying her attorney fees she looked confused and Katz quickly grabbed the mic. Truth is Katz was afraid Ford would blurt out that Katz was working for Fineswine, a clear conflict of interest and possible grounds for Katz disbarment.
