Two recent Massachusetts Speakers of the House resigned because of criminal charges. One did time. Have you heard about state Senator Dianne Wilkerson, who was caught on tape stuffing bribe money into her bra? She did time too. One-party rule breeds arrogance and corruption.
Joyce, a Democrat from Milton, schemed to defraud the state by “conspiring to accept and accepting a stream of concealed bribes and kickbacks from private individuals,” in exchange for official actions as a senator.

For the Death Certificate; many states require it. If significant life insurance is involved, it’d mandatory.

I do remember stories of funding "renewable" garbage that went belly-up in a fairly short amount of time.
I first heard of the guy in NR or TAS. Clinton appointed him to some sort of AA DOJ position. He previously had made his money playing the race card, suing his (Fortune 100?) employers for firing him for incompetence.
(I asked the then-wife if she knew him from prep school, and it turned out he was AA there as well. She took umbrage at me asking about the AA efforts.)
