How novel to Republicans?

I did not personally witness; however a twitter poster I have been following for a while said the CSPAN phone lines melted down and the calls were leaning towards BK support from both R and D lines.

I have also seen some women posters on social media who clearly were of the left wing persuasion (based on their posting history going back a year+) basically saying they believe BK and are considering changing their voter registration to Republican.

I think we have witnessed the most over-reaching the dem’s have ever done and they cost themselves some seats in November.
