It’s all theater at this point. This last minute leaks are progressive spin so the likes of Murkowski can say “I don’t oppose Kavanaugh but we need more information and are not ready to vote.” I expect a couple GOPers will vote no with that excuse. But he’ll still get enough red state Dem votes to be confirmed.
