The Senate Judiciary Committee is inquiring about at least one additional allegation of misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a letter obtained by NBC News and multiple people familiar with the process.
Republican Senate investigators asked Kavanaugh about the new complaint, NBC News has learned, during a phone call on Tuesday between Kavanaugh and committee staff. Sources told NBC News that Kavanaugh denied the allegation in the letter during the call and a spokesman for the committee declined to comment.
A Republican aide on the committee said the conversation took place shortly after noon. While Republican staff posed questions to Kavanaugh, their Democratic counterparts were also on the call but did not ask any questions.
According to an anonymous complaint sent to Republican Sen. Cory Gardner of Colorado, Kavanaugh physically assaulted a woman he socialized with in the Washington, D.C., area in 1998 while he was inebriated.
The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.
“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself.

okay so all this was known by the committee by noon Wednesday and the hearing is still scheduled for tomorrow with Graham releasing his strong statement supporting Kavanaugh.
Anybody can write a letter alleging sexual misconduct and the media and libs will run with it because the goal is to defeat him at all cost. A good portion of the public take these allegations as face value and assume it to be true without a critical eye because the media said it or their Senator they voted for said it

Sorry, but the Reps need to rally around Kavanaugh or they will be destroyed in the midterms. Let the vote be taken and then we will see who is friend or foe. Unsubstantiated allegations are just that. Kavanaugh is not damaged goods. He has undergone 6 FBI background checks. The hearing is over. These phony, last minute allegations should not be allowed to destroy a good man and his family.

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), recalling how his staff found out about Deborah Ramirez’s allegation, told reporters that “people call with rumors.”
“Some of these are completely incredible and the staff dismisses it,” he said. “I asked the same thing [about the Ramirez allegation], ‘Why did you tell me this?’ They said, ‘Do you know how many calls we get?’”
“You’ve got to be careful because it is it not above someone to plant some stupid idea, then have us say it, and have it blow up in our face,” Durbin continued

Doesn't matter to whom? Are you f'ing nuts. We must just accept that an innocent man is destroyed by false allegations? What country are we living in if it is populated by people like you. Kavanaugh is willing to fight and will not withdraw his name. The President fully supports him. Let the process finish and we will see how many senators belong in the sewer.

No one cares about the facts. Kavanaugh is in the fight of his life and its not about the facts.
