Ok, so if she made this statement under oath and the threat of perjury than either:
1) She’s telling the truth or...
2) She’s received assurances that she won’t be indicted for perjury.
Correct.
As a practical matter, only Republicans get prosecuted for allegedly lying to feds. So, even if proven a liar (which would be hard to do, just like proving her allegations would be hard), she has little to fear.
