Now, others are pouring on the accusations. Grassley needs to nip this in the bud and declare that it's time to vote. We can't let senate business be held hostage for every accusation that comes along. That would invite more accusation from people who oppose BK’s confirmation.
It's getting way beyond ridiculous. He needs to take charge an put a stop to the insanity.
Would these two other people who either were raped and didn't report it, or who saw or heard about other people who were raped at these famous rape parties that managed to totally not run across the radar of parents and police?
She will never be called to testify anywhere. If she is forced to do so, the plan is to have her modify the declaration with memories that are now more clear. But they will have stopped the Kavanaugh nomination and it does not get sent to the floor.
I have not been able to get the answer yet by researching this. If he does not get out of committee, can Trump nominate him again AFTER WE HAVE A LANDSLIDE IN NOVEMBER AND MORE REPUBLICANS ON THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE?

Even to the extent that CNN’s Don Lemon conflated Kavanaugh with Cosby yesterday and now she is claiming drugs in her drink. Wow, not just coordinated, it is coordinated and timed.
Something just occurred to me. She alleges heavy alcohol use at these parties as well as women being drugged with quaaludes. I find it very surprising that this never resulted in any medical emergencies. Either directly as in an accidental overdose or indirectly as in someone falling in hitting their head.
And boys who are pig enough to join in the rape of an semi-conscious women are pig enough to think they have earned bragging rights. Unfairly or not those girls would have gotten an bad reputation. Yet none thought to defend themselves by letting out they were taken advantage of and raped? Not likely.
None of these allegations have any specifics and I would think that if one had been raped, one would remember the time and place the rape happened.
I went to a few parties in high school and saw stuff happening that I wouldn’t participate in (fights, drinking, smoking weed, etc.) but any sexual activity was probably kept on the down low as people didn’t want it being spread around the school Monday morning-—and that was sure to happen.
I went to one party in particular where I still remember when and where it happened, even though it was more than 20 years ago. I remember it because our school had a zero-tolerance policy for attending parties and the party happened right before an important sports playoff game where I was a varsity starter. For some reason, that Monday morning I went and self-reported to the Athletic Director that I had gone to the party but didn’t drink, knowing full well that it would jeopardize the sports team that week.
The Athletic Director told me he had a list of more than 60 students who attended the party and that I was on the list. That day he was going to start calling in the student athletes and issuing two-week suspensions—which would disqualify me for the playoff game and end my season for that sport as the playoffs and tournament would conclude before the two weeks were up.
Luckily, because I had self-reported and the director was able to confirm through other witnesses that I had not been drinking, he, the principal, and the superintendent put me on probation. If I went to another party in HS, I would automatically move to 2nd offense, which was a 6-week suspension. I never went to another party until after I graduated HS.
This was a learning event for me and made me modify my behavior immediately. Rape is much more traumatic than missing a sports event, so why can’t these women remember any of the details, even the time frame? Even getting the month would be more credible than a two-year or 4-month period.
YEP, Hey, if America's Dad can be bad, then I guess it's believable (even w/o evidence) that Kavanaugh is also a serial rapist. I dunno, but it's confusing me and I'm beginning to believe the lies with all these delays - just as the Dems planned.
