Judge Brett Kavanaugh's second sexual abuse accuser, Deborah Ramirez, will not testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
According to Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA), a member of the Committee, said he spoke with Ramirez. She made it very clear that she gave her story to the press, which can be found in The New Yorker article that was posted late Sunday night, The Washington Times reported.
“Our counsel repeatedly tried to reach him,” Kennedy said. “They finally did reach him, and he said we are not issuing a statement. He said if you want our statement, read the New Yorker.”
Ramirez has a sign outside of her Boulder, Colorado home saying she will not speak to the press. Anyone member of the press who would like more information is encouraged to call her lawyer

WHEN did you think that journalists started being taught proper grammar in college?? Their educations are costing them THOUSANDS of dollars and all they are being taught is how to protest and resist!!! NO ONE should ever send their child to a university it is a waste of money!!! Go to a trade school OR intern in the field you are passionate about and get OJT no charge for yourself or the employer a win, win for both parties!
Colleges have not had a very good reputation in past decades for dealing well with complaints by women, especially for something like having a penis waved in their face. They weren’t even so hot on dealing with actual rape cases. They often require a mediation process even in cases of rape with injuries.
I’d give anything for a bunch of gals to start calling into media and Congress with “allegations” against the dem senators.
I want to see Durbin and Blumenthal aand Booker squirm under accusations. Right now.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Avenatti didn’t make up the stories, he got trolled and rushed to the media without bothering to verify. Dan Rather would do no less.
I think the same thing. The Fox interview was the high tide mark.
They need to send her a subpoena. If she doesn’t show then they need to send the Federal Marshals to compel her appearance.
