Without rule of law, they'll show up anyway. Our President needs an honest judiciary to be protected and get anything done.

Without the legal protections documented in the Constitution, those people pushing for a coup through the judicial will be at your doorstep. And remember that they're after the "good 'ol boys" now.

I'm apologizing here for those years of making fun of the preppers for saying that we might be "WROL." I didn't see any way of that happening back then. If we will no longer see an honest Supreme Court justice confirmed, that situation is very near.
