There are five levels of armor for vehicles. I was told The Beast is Level 6.
What’s interesting is the wheel covers. Heavily armored vehicles have an incredible amount of lug nuts. I’ve never counted the ones I’ve seen but it’s more than ten.
I suspect the wheel covers are to hide even that bit of knowledge.
I toured an armoring plant once where they made personal protection vehicles. They even had trick door handles so if someone made it to the door, just puling the handle wouldn’t work. There was some sort of pattern to it.
I read articles on armored cars a few years ago. Something like 80% of them get shipped to Mexico. Anyone who’s anyone down there has one to protect them from cartel attacks.
