Aren't these RICO violations? There are photos of protesters getting paid to break the law. It seems like these are a lot more serious violations.

I agree, but there is the matter of dealing with black robes in DC and a jury pool drawn from DC. Both of those matters are serious hurdles.

Ramp up the charges and make it hurt financially.
