He’s not expecting Trump to fire him. If anything, maybe Jeffy finally woke up and had a come to Jesus with Rod. But Trump wouldn’t dare right now. Or it could be Rod is quitting because he can’t stand the heat anymore now that he’s been found out and he’s using “getting fired by Trump” to drum up sales for his new book and hits for his gofundme page. Rod and the media are trying to convince the public that Trump fired him so the dems will yell and scream for another investigation. Kinda neat how simply quitting kills so many birds with one stone.

True enough, but martyrism is short-lived to the Left which is furious at the Democrat/Leftist Party leadership because Donald Trump is still President Trump. I think the benefits outweigh the downside for the President on this one. Cheers!

If Rosenstein steps down he will be replaced in an acting capacity by the Associate Attorney General. This post is now held by Jesse Panuccio in an acting capacity since Rachel Brand left earlier this year.

Lots of positions held by people in "acting" roles right now ...
