I find Joel Salatin, farmer and small business owner extraordinaire, extremely entertaining and knowledgeable on the subject of food production. Here is a 25 minute TedEx talk he gave, which is a modification of one I paid to see him give - live. His commentary on the effects of electrical fencing on “diaper grass” was worth the price of admission alone.
